Triangles.cat is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018 , of September 7, on the accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices in the public sector, published in the Official State Gazette on September 19, 2018. This Royal Decree transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
The European Directive is based on the EN 301 549 standard “Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services” and this, in turn, is an adaptation of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ( WCAG 2.1 ) of the W3C.

              Application procedure  

              The claims procedure is set out in Article 13 of Royal Decree 1112/2018 and will come into force on September 20, 2020.  

              If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been rejected , the interested party disagrees with the decision , or the response does not meet the requirements set forth in Article 12.5, the interested party may file a complaint. A complaint may also be filed if the twenty-business-day period has elapsed without receiving a response .  

              The claim may be filed within the framework established by Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

              Optional content  

              The website is designed to be responsive, allowing it to display optimally on tablets and mobile devices.  

              The accessibility reviews conducted up to the date of the current declaration are based on WCAG 2.1 criteria. The goal is to achieve compliance with all Level A and AA requirements, along with certain Level AAA requirements considered relevant to improving the user experience of the portal.
